“Cool shirt, man”
Mizzou College of Engineering T-Shirt Designs
Studying abroad is a part of the college experience that not only adds value to a student’s academic focus, but also builds worldliness and promotes diversity.
The MU College of Engineering supports students’ wanderlust through its study abroad programs in several countries around the world, and Brockton Creative Group had the opportunity to design t-shirts for the Italy and Ireland programs.
The designs are meant to inspire students to explore, encourage others to ask questions and form culturally relevant meaning around the country of destination.
After receiving rave reviews from the students regarding the designs, they will surely wear the shirts around campus after returning home. This will surely be a great way for the engineering school to expose other students to their new study abroad programs.
In a creative studio of 3 Wildcats, 2 Jayhawks and a couple Tigers fans, this project was itself a lesson in diversity, to say the least. We overcame our differences, put aside our rivalries and designed with the students in mind.
